Thanksgiving Basketball Clinic + West Orange Elks Hoop Shoot — This Sunday!

Mountain Top League is excited to host our annual Thanksgiving Basketball Clinic this Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Roosevelt Middle School, and we’ve got an extra treat this year. The West Orange Elks will be on site running their free Hoop Shoot Contest from 11:30am–12:30pm, right between our two clinic sessions. No preregistration needed — players can register on-site.

This is a great opportunity for young athletes to sharpen their skills, have fun, and compete with friends before the winter season kicks off.

Bring: Each participant must bring their own basketball
Enrollment: Limited to 50 players per session
Grades: 3 and up

Session Times

Session 1 – Grades 3, 4 & 5
9:00am–11:00am

Session 2 – Grades 6, 7 & 8
1:00pm–3:00pm

Skills Covered

• Warm-up and flexibility

• Ball-handling

• Dribbling

• Passing

• Shooting drills (layups, shooting form, free throws)

• Defensive fundamentals

Players will train, compete, and be challenged within their grade-appropriate skill groups.

Bonus Event: Elks Hoop Shoot (FREE!)
